How are you investing in the internet?
Is this a silly question? Let me explain the reason why I use the word, investment. Investment suggests that you are going to at least try and make money. Now how does the internet become your “no money down” investment?
When you set up a business you are making an investment and when that business is online you are investing in the internet giving you a return on your money. If you bought a house you would need a BIG loan, if you couldn’t buy with cash. When you buy a slice of the internet you are buying “VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE” and it is VERY cheap - as close to no money down as you are ever going to get!
Now with your slice of internet real estate you are aiming to make more than it’s going to cost you and if you do it right your virtual real estate is going to increase in value as your cash flow from that property grows.
So you aim to start for very little cost, create a cash flow by setting up your business and then sell your slice for a profit or keep it ticking over as your private ATM.
Now that’s investing!
Now there are no rules as to how much virtual real estate you can own and there are no rules about diversifying your assets or turning cash into hard assets. The rule is that your virtual real estate gives you cash flow.
Now there are a few ways you can make money from virtual real estate. You can sell advertising, products or services. You could very well set up hundreds of different virtual properties that make money in various ways and one of the best virtual properties is a blog.

*No website skills needed.
*On man show - no employees.
*Any topic you want.
*People like reading blogs - easy to get into the search engine - people will find you.
*You can get someone to look after your content - “auto-pilot biz”
